A few years ago, Pierre Guiraud, from Lodève, known better as "Pierrot le Zygo," used a huge cheque to pay his taxes. He took the cow-shaped cheque to the tax office where the employees were compelled to take it. Pierrot considered he had to pay too much, especially compared to the little money he had earned. Funny way to say to the government that people were tired of working night and day and not harvesting any benefits. In other words, he had enough of being considered as a "vache à lait."
