If you like les vieux bouquins (old books, second-hand books) you don't need to go to Paris to find bouquinistes along the Seine. A book market is held once a month on the Esplanade Charles-de-Gaulle, in Montpellier, under the shade of the plane trees and along the terraces of the old cafés. Booksellers come from everywhere in Languedoc-Roussillon to participate in it. You can find there real "treasures."
