Yesterday I visited the West Village with my friend Lucia. She took a photo of me before (or almost before) the building where the "Friends" series is supposed to have been shot. Actually in the series this building is "located" in the Upper East Side, but in reality it is on the corner of Bedford Street and Grove Street.
There is a lot of information about Greenwich Village on the internet, of course, and the photos are much better than mine :-))
I never got started on that TV series, "Friends," so I don't get any of the in-jokes.

I never watch shows but I liked seeing places related to celebrities yesterday. We roamed the streets of West Village and we were very cold but happy :-)))

RépondreSupprimerUne vie sans amie n'est pas envisageable. Il ne faut pas en avoir de trop, juste ce qu'il faut mais des bons, ceux qui vous sont fidèles, ceux qui font partie de notre vie.
Le temps qu'il faut pour faire un napperon au crochet dépen de la diffulté du point, de sa grandeur et du temps libre que j'ai. En fait je ne compte pas mon temps, C'est souvent devant la tél le soir. En plus, comme je me trompe, il faut que je redéfasse avant de refaire, alors pas facile de savoir. C'est un passe temps pour moi.

RépondreSupprimerI didn't know that the series presented the friends as living on the upper east side. As I recall, in the last episode the camera panned down from the building to reveal the street signs showing Bedford and Grove.
