L'Immeuble qui pousse (literally, the Growing Building) is the only modern building built in Montpellier in recent years that I like.
Actually the architect is very innovative and original. No concrete here, thank you. His name is Edouard François. You can see some of his creations here, here also and even a video here.

RépondreSupprimerI think I like it! Certainly is unique. At first I thought it was made of cork but that's not possible, is it? One huge cork board. As a former teacher I'd have a terrible time refraining from posting notices on the walls! :-)
