Sunday Bridges....... Old bridge in Montpellier
I took this photo of an old bridge near Agropolis in 2009. When I saw it again last year, it looked quite different. No vegetation was left on it.
More Sunday Bridges on San Francisco Bay Daily Photo.
This is the way it looked in last November.

I really love this photo. Beautiful old bridge and all the green. Too bad about the foliage...
RépondreSupprimertu sais, cela me fait penser aux ponts que l'on trouve dans Central Park. Je le trouve superbe comme ça
RépondreSupprimerThese od bridges really fascinate me with their stones and sturdy and last construction. It is sad all the foliage is gone, but sometimes it has to be pulled down to protect the structure. I hope it will all grow back before too long. Happy Sunday.
RépondreSupprimerI was just about to write how you may not even be able to see the bridgfe for the vegetation - then I read your remarks. Glad to see someone is looking after the gardening - I'm sure the foliage will return in full bloom again.
RépondreSupprimerIs there a troll under the bridge?
RépondreSupprimerAhh, the vegetation adds so much to the scene...
RépondreSupprimerIt looked much better full of greenery. I hope it comes back in full come the spring.
RépondreSupprimerWhat happened? The foliage did not look invasive. Fingers crossed that it will grow back.
RépondreSupprimerMerci Qui ? Merci "Round up" !
