Yesterday I participated in a "feminist" meeting (Citoyennes Maintenant) at the Cathédrale de Maguelonne, along the sea (and to tell the truth, close to a nude beach!). We were allowed on the roof of the cathedral. The view was fabulous.
Hier j'ai participé à un meeting féministe (Citoyennes Maintenant) à la cathédrale de Maguelonne, le long de la mer (et à dire vrai près d'une plage naturiste). On nous a laissé aller sur le toit de la cathédrale. La vue y était extraordinaire.

D'abord je me disais, ils sont sur un toit, après je me suis dit, non ce sont des marches pour descendre lentement vers la plage, mais si j'ai bien compris, c'était ma première impression la bonne.

RépondreSupprimerThat top photo is fantastic Marie (as are the others) and I was wondering what on earth it was - steps but no horizon - until I read that it was a roof. What an extraordinary roof and I guess that the view was amazing. You look very relaxed dear, must be all of that female company.

La première photo est impressionnante. Je ne savais pas qu'on visitait les cathédrale par le toit (encore un coup pour attirer le monde dans les édifices religieux.

Nice view. When we lived in Santa Barbara in the 70's, there was one "nude" beach, and my kids aways wanted to wander down that way.....kids...!

RépondreSupprimercomme tout le monde, impressionne par la photo de l'eglise sur le toit, j'ai demande l'autorisation de prendre des photos du toit de ma cathedrale d'evry, mais interdit pour cause d'assurance (mais je ne desespere pas). j'espere que le meeting c'est bien passe, c'etait quoi le theme ?

RépondreSupprimerThat coastline is magnificent and the island in all those little étangs is so unusual. There are even canals through the lakes.

You certainly have some impressive history and what a thrill, it would have been to climb on the roof to see such a brilliant land and seascape.

RépondreSupprimerLa vue du toit de la cathédrale est radicalement différente de la vue du haut de Ayers Rock, (la roche, pas le bar à Montpellier).

Un petit bain dans le méditerranéen chaud serait très gentil également, de la façon auquel vous avez fait la référence.
