This flower, photographed on the avenue Foch, was huge. It was so big that it was too large for the lens of my camera. Of course, I am kidding. The truth is I didn't aim well (is that the correct verb?). Still, this flower was one of the largest flowers I have ever seen.
I am very busy helping my son move for the moment. That is why I do not visit my friends' blogs as often as I usually do. In a few days, things will be a bit smoother.
It sort of looks like a Hibiscus flower but the petals seem to be joined together. Whatever it is, elle est belle, Marie.

RépondreSupprimerMme Benaut, the flower is as big as a big dish. I have never seen such a big flower :-))
RépondreSupprimerMerci Oivier. Le déménagement est horrible sous la chaleur..... Il y a encore beaucoup à faire. J'ai mal partout mais je suis contente de les aider.
Lovely! I like the shadows of the stamens! :-D
RépondreSupprimerThere are some of those hibiscus near us. Huge, like a platter.
Are you sure it is a hibiscus flower, Mary? It was on a plant, not on a bush.....
RépondreSupprimerCette fleur s'appelle un hibiscus, elle ne dure qu'une seule journée. Mais non il ne fait pas chaud du tout cette année, tu peux me croire ! Bizzzzzzzz
