I reckon that these chaps are having a ball !! They are entertaining even us, down under, in all the lovely sunshine that keeps blessing Montpellier.
I don't think that they are too interested into being hardwired into Brazil for 20 centavovos por horabora. Maybe the citoyens of Rumania think differently?
Yes, Jackie, they play traditional music. They play very well. I often see them now. Romania is part of the EU, so they can travel as much as they want. Many people have arrived in my area because it is probably one of the most pleasant areas in Europe.
Dan, people do not gather around them. They play before the "terrasses de café," and after playing a few songs, they beg for money.
Gosh, he's just wearing a teeshirt! I hate it, here we are under the storm again. Hopefully I'm coming around for Christmas. Thanks for visiting my blog again!
J'ai l'air bourrée, quelle horreur :-)) I am going to change it. I was not drunk !!!! We were having a lot of fun together. I had laughed a lot. The photo was taken on Friday night. You can see a "full" version of it on my other blog : http://www.marieweblog.com
I hope our friend at the Brasov Daily Photo blog sees this... He is in Brasov Romania, and maybe he would find it interesting. I like the photo. It would be fun to hear their music! Thanks, Wayne
Anonymous, click on my photo and you will see all my wrinkles :-). I posted it because in the former one I hid behind my sunglasses but if I look "drunk", I will change it :-))
Thank you very much, Bergson!
Barb, they sing for the people at the café terraces....
Hi Marie - what a jolly photo - it looks like everyone was having a great time. Weather looks good - it is obviously quite warm.
